Admission & registration
The admission to the resort, facilities and services is only permitted to people staying overnight.
Staff and management support the right of each man, woman and child to comfortable vacations.
All residents must strictly comply to Lagrangette policies.
These are intended to create a safe, peaceful and relaxing space at Lagrangette. Repeated or serious violations are grounds for immediate expulsion. Any illegal activities will be reported to the police. Confirmed illegal acts will lead to criminal prosecution. Any cancellation of accommodation or guest privileges due to rules violations will result in no refund of any kind.
Reservations Policy
Each person making a reservation agrees to respect the Lagrangette rules, rights and comfort of all who share the resort.
All visits to Lagrangette resort require prior arrangements and any overnight stay must be reserved in advance.
We will hold a provisional booking following a telephone call or email, however, we ask for the completed booking form and deposit within 8 days as we cannot guarantee to hold provisional bookings for longer than this.
Bed & breakfast
A 30 % deposit is required to ensure your reservation. This payment can be made either by bank transfer or online credit card number. Where no deposit payment is received, we cancel the booking.
Check in hours are from 4 PM to 7 PM and check out is required before 10 AM.
On the departure day, if you return the key after the checking hour, you will be charge for an extra night.
In case of cancellation, there is no refund of the deposit.
In case of a no show and without any notice from the guest within the 24 hours, the deposit will not be refundable.
You are strongly advised to take out travel insurance to cover you in the event of cancellation.
We reserve the right to ask for the balance payment the day of your arrival

The balance is due a month before the date of your arrival.
Where no deposit payment or no balance is received, we cancel the booking.
Where a holiday is booked less than a month before arrival the total cost is payable with the booking form.
In case of no show, the reservation is cancel after 24 hours without notice from the guest and will result in no refund of any kind.
Bedding and towels, soap are included in the price, as is electricity, heating & hot water.
The selfcatering is usually available on Saturdays.
A warranty of 150 Euros is due upon arrival.

If you want to cancel your reservation, you must write us and we will charge you :
- More than 30 days prior your arrival : 100 € fees
- Between 30 and 15 days prior your arrival :25 % of the rental price (minimum 100 €)
- Between 14 et 8 days prior arrival :50 % of the rental price
- Between 7 and 2 days prior your arrival : 75 % of the rental price
- 1 day prior your arrival or no show :full charge
There is no refund for early-check-out
Final accounts
Final accounts may include the cost of meals, bike rentals, launderette services, classes, etc. and must be settled at the end of your holiday in cash (€) or credit card.
